For a 6-8 hour wedding you’ll receive 500-800 photos, delivered within 8-12 weeks. For engagement and lifestyle sessions you’ll receive around 100-150 photos and you will get them within 2-3 weeks. For both, you will receive your digital gallery via a link, from there you can view, download and share with others!

WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS, AND HOW MANY?

This is ultimately up to you but I have a few recommendations! Six hours is usually sufficient if you’re not doing a first look. Eight hours is my most popular timeline and can include a first look/pre-ceremony portraits. Nine or more hours is best if you have a lot of travel between locations. I’d love to help you figure this out on our first call together!

How many hours of wedding photography do we need?

I sure do! I usually recommend a second photographer when your guest count is 150 or more or when you’re getting ready in separate locations. It’s also helpful to have an extra set of hands to get multiple angles and happenings! I have a few second shooters I work with consistently to ensure a cohesive style in your gallery.

Do you offer a second photographer for our wedding day?

Because they’re a total BLAST. Beyond that, it’s always a good idea to get some practice in front of the camera together, and it’s also the perfect way to start building our relationship together before the wedding day arrives!

Why should we do an engagement session?

I always describe my photography style as true to color with a pop. It’s natural, timeless, warm and candid. My editing style is intentional and never misrepresentative of what was present on the day of. My shooting style is the perfect blend of documentary and guided moments for those who want some portraits as a couple or with family/friends.

Absolutely! You will have personal use rights to every single one of your images. You are free to order prints, create albums or books and post on social media (which I highly encourage)!

Do we have rights to our photos?

That’s a big yes! I am happy to provide documentation if requested by a venue.

Film is making a comeback and I’m totally here for it. The colors, processing and practice of film photography can't be matched digitally, and film adds a special magic for moments that only happen once. When adding film, I’ll still focus on capturing your day digitally but you’ll also get a separate gallery of dreamy, vintage images different from the rest. Indicate your interest in this add-on when you inquire and I’ll send you the full scoop on film!

Why should we add 35mm film?

Guess what… you’re not alone! You are not supposed to know how to pose. In fact, my work is less about posing and more about becoming comfortable enough to be natural. We’ll get to know each other really well before your wedding session and get to the point where it feels like we’re just hanging out (and my camera just happens to be there)!

What if we’re awkward in front of the camera?

For weddings, please reach out to me ASAP to ensure availability-especially if you are hoping to book for this year! I require a 40% retainer upon signing the contract to hold your date. I prefer at least 3-4 weeks notice for all other sessions.
