This is one of my all time favorite proposals that I got to be a part of! Chris and Sundus officially got engaged on one of the first beautiful spring days in Boston. The city was full of life and warmth, the trees beginning to bloom and so much excitement in the air!

The plan was for Chris’ friends to set up a fake Georgetown Cupcakes booth in the Boston Public Garden – an ode to one of Chris and Sundus’ first dates! The pair went for a walk in the park and “happened upon” the booth. When Sundus opened the box of cupcakes she got the surprise of her life (see photos below!)

The best part was seeing their friends and families join them in the park to celebrate! Then we had the best time roaming around the public garden and even crossed over to the Charles River Esplanade for a more photos during golden hour!

Chris and Sundus recently got married and I am so happy for them! So let’s bring it back to where it all began – scroll down to see photos from their proposal! But first, read some kind words from Chris himself:

“I found Nina through Instagram and hired her for my planned surprise proposal for my fiancé. She was absolutely fantastic! Way more than I could have ever imagined. Not only are her pics high quality, but her golden hour pics are definitely her specialty.

She also even helped direct all of the friends and family I had near the proposal site so that she was able to capture the perfect moment of my fiancé and I and also take that load off my shoulders!

Proposal went perfectly and she was definitely part of the reason why. Will definitely be booking her again. She’s also very professional and easy to communicate with!”
